Initiate Request
Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the saree you wish to return, or email our support team with your order ID and reason for return.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the saree is unworn, unwashed, and has all original designer tags and blouse pieces intact; our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the saree in its original boutique box to prevent damage during transit and attach the return shipping label provided by our courier partner.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the garment at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
